Best calzones ever
No
Yes you should complain. Luiggis isnt what they used to be. Dont waste your time and money on substandard food
Right in the heart of Lewiston it doesn't get any better than this great prices Old Fashion Place good food
Awesome spot and has been for years! Great pasta, great pizza, and sandwiches!
66 years at original location, Luiggi's Pizzeria has preserved their unique high oregano flavor which has always distinguished it from other shops.
Never again a small rich Maggie didn't have the ham and came so small a toddler would think it was too small we put it up to a Twinkie fyi the Twinkie was bigger. I ordered the tuna Italian it had no flavor bread was soaked even the pickled had no taste. Extremely disappointed especially since we were disappointed with other things the first time but since they were busy we gave them the benefit of the doubt but nope truly missed the mark again. We learned our lesson
I had a bowl of spaghetti n meatballs(2 large), garlic bread and a salad for under $10. I grew up near Boston amidst many Italian restaurants and this is good-tasting sauce, great meatballs and nice, fresh bread. I left feeling satiated and happy. My friend had a chicken Alfredo pizza that was great, too; nice, light crust. We’ll go back, happily.
Home of the Fergie... Ham, turkey, tuna, and chicken salad. Good food for the hungry in all of those who love Italian restaurants. The last time I was there I ordered the large meatball sub. Covered in a great sauce and mozzarella cheese, it was delicious. My son got a mini meat lovers pizza and he was satisfied. The take away? Give this place a try and you will be back. The only drawback is that you have to park on the street... but I don't have a problem with that. Not for food this good!!!
Great service fabulous food
I like the food here they typically have good deals on there food.
So bloody horrible they can't stay open during their own business hours .. Shame on you the doors say open til 10 ... Just a joke this has happened 3 to 4 times and again today really people. Seriously bad business ... Eat somewhere else...
Mmmm home of the fergie
Just moved up the road less then a week ago and have already ordered take out 3X, great food and good prices
Definitely my favorite local place for pizza; which is saying something, because there are quite a few good places to grab a slice of Za around here. Pretty sure they use mozzarella and provolone, and the dough is relatively thin and has a good crisp to it. Pizza is still made the same way as when i was a kid too.
The staff was polite but the food is over priced for it's average quality. Nothing special. Lots of local competition with plenty of better options at lower prices. This restaurant needs to step up it's game to compete today.
I traveled the USA from coast to coast and Luiggis pizza makes the best meatball sub in the USA. I have tried them in many states and Luiggis beats them all. And they give you a sub that's full of meatballs and sauce.
Best Italian sauce
Best pizza!
Love the friendly staff. They really make this place worth visiting. But sadly, I was disappointed by the food quality. And the booths were way too tight.
This place is great. I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought.
Ceaser salad was iceberg lettuce mix instead of romaine. On the pizzas cheese was coming off the crust, it looked like it had been uspide down and just thrown together. The pizza wasn't fully cooked.. Chicken salad italians had tomato ends.
Been going here all my life....great food
The chicken Alfredo is amazing here!! Highly recommend
Used to come here all the time as a kid. Still remember some of the old times with great personal pizzas and I believe guns n roses on the juke box. Gonna come back someday, and I can't wait to have a calzone like the first one I had back when, and find myself still staring at the murals of what I can only assume italy actually looks like...Edit: finally came back after 10 years. The mural is gone. The walls are now a boring grey. But the pizza is still the same. Still happy.
I love Luiggi's Pizzeria!! If you have not tried a Fergie, you don't know what you are missing!!
They make the best baked spaghetti dinner so good I recommend this place to everyone good job all of you
Great local spot for made to order Italian dishes and pizza! The Lewiston Standard since 1953. Polite, genuine, affable staff! Very much worth a try!
Always good food for the 49 years of my life.
Food and people are excellent!!
Excellent pizza and food. Cozy setting with great service. Great neighborhood food and bar.
Delicious, quality pizza and calzones that are very filling... Especially the calzones, a large one could literally feed a family of 3. Prices are pretty good. Highly recommended
Always good food. Always low prices. Casual family dining
Always love this place. My kids and I have been going here since before they were born. Always friendly and energetic people.
We had trouble with the door dash delivery being wrong and mishandled, but when we brought the pizzas back they remade them and gave us one for free. Very nice and helpful people!
Excellent atmosphere, can't get food like this anywhere else.
Best place in Lewiston. Great service and will even deliver to the blue goose. Calzones and the steak bomb are awesome, but the Fergie is the best sandwich I’ve ever had, especially when you get it toasted.great prices for unbelievable food!!
Awful pizza. Who puts canned mushrooms on food???
I have had no problems with Luigi's up until recently. Today I called to place an order and the woman I spoke with was rude and continuously huffed and groaned as she took my order. She hung up before I could ask the total and how long it would take. When I got there, my order was not ready. The chicken and cheese for my chicken parm was burnt and the spaghetti sauce was watery and the chicken alfredo was flavorless. Not impressed with the service or the food.
Chicken alfredo dinner is outstanding aside from the fact they put a little bit too much bacon for my liking. Portions for everything are huge and prices are extremely reasonable. Will come here everytime I'm in Maine.
Its not the same place as it was when I was younger. Food is still good.
Worst 7$ BLT ive ever ordered anywhere. Tomatoes were mush and i feel stolen from. . Bummer because i live nearby and have been very dissatisfied the last few times ive wasted money here. Not happening again tho
Fergies are #1.Love the thick cheese on the pizza. Brings back memories
Very friendly employees there.
Meatball subs, pizza, and a long history of delightful meals. My dad grew up eating here, and it's our first stop when we're in town.
This place is a part is a landmark.....meaning that it has been there for years!!!! Always great food, friendly and fast service. Love this place!
They don't serve the meatball sub with cheese. Can you imagine that? They charge a dollar extra for cheese so that's a joke by itself and then there's no options to get other ingredients on your sub like bell peppers or something . by the time I'm finished getting the subs I really want it cost me $10 and I can get the same thing down the street for three to four dollars come on Luigi's get with the program. I do not recommend Luigi's anymore to anybody. Stay away. They are not the great tasting food and the good value that they used to be!
Always return to my home town favorite pizza joint.
Love this place! No frills, just good food!
Great people. Good food.
This place was really great. Went with my co-worker for supper. Good size portions for great prices. Old town pizzeria with big meatballs. I had the small loaded steak and cheese calzone. Very good.
Their meatball sub is delicious!
Nice little local place. Little pricey
